Jeff Cuthbert was elected to the Assembly in 2003. Jeff’s particular interests include the promotion of vocational education and skills training. Since becoming an Assembly Member, Jeff has served as the Chair of the All Wales Programme Monitoring Committee for the Structural Funds. He founded and chairs the Cross-Party Built Environment Group and the Cross-Party Healthy Living Group. He co-founded and co-chairs the Cross-Party Beer and Pub Group. Jeff is the Chair of the Committee on Standards of Conduct and also sits on the European and External Affairs Committee, the Enterprise and Learning Committee and Legislation Committee No. 2. He is also a member of the Wales Branch Executive of the Commonwealth Parliamentary Association.
