Heledd Fychan chairs Plaid Cymru's research group and is author of the Pendroni blog. She has lived in Dublin and London, but is now back in Wales and works for a national organisation. She was Plaid Cymru's second placed candidate on the North Wales Assembly regional list in 2011 and stood in Montgomeryshire in the 2010 General Election. Heledd is particularly interested in education, heritage and rural affairs policy, and her hobbies include medieval history and writing.
