A former aide to Welsh Education Minister Leighton Andrews, he's worked on more campaigns for Labour than he can remember. He is currently in Australia trying to help re-elect Welsh-born PM Julia Gillard

Perhaps David Taylor has bumped into that other Labour politician who has been advising the Australian Labor Party, Alan Milburn.

Yeah, to give David some credit, besides magically starting to like football about 2 years ago, I don’t see what is controversial about anything he has done recently.
BTW – I am 100% in favour of compulsory voting. Would love to write a piece on it.
