WALESHOME.ORG has thought long and hard about what to give you for Christmas. And, with all expense spared, we’ve come up with the perfect gift. The nomination deadline for the Welsh Politico blog post awards was due to pass today but we’ve decided to extend the nominations until the Twelve Days of Christmas come to an end.

This means you can keep the nominations trickling in until 5pm on 5th January 2010. What better way to burn off those Christmas dinner calories than sitting in front of a PC reading other people’s online ramblings? (That’s not a plug for a particular blog.) The objective remains to identify the best blog posts of 2009 and to once more award three highly prestigious online baubles which permit the recipients to wear them as medals of pride or badges of shame on their websites.
