Carwyn’s new cabinet
Bubble — By Daran Hill on December 10, 2009 4:19 pmTWO ministers have joined new First Minister Carwyn Jones’ first ever cabinet. Former Chief Whip Carl Sargeant becomes Minister for Social Justice and Local Government while former Deputy Regeneration Minister Leighton Andrews becomes Minister for Children, Education and Lifelong Learning.
