A special present

Labour leadership race — By Daran Hill on October 27, 2009 6:01 pm

THANKS for staying with WalesHome.org today, as we have undertaken a bit of an experiment.

Every hour on the hour since 6am we have published a new post to the Hearth blog. Most of these have dealt with the data emanating from the You Gov poll released this morning. It has been a big extra push for us, but we’re proud of what we’ve achieved – although you won’t be getting this every day.

As a thanks, enclosed is the powerpoint slide deck from this morning’s presentation.

Powerpoint presentation on You Gov survey for Wales

(And yes, before anybody points it out, we know there’s a link through to this data on the Syniadau blog too, and Simon covered a cross section of the slides earlier today on Dyda Dispatches…)

And there’s one more blog post from us at 7pm tonight.

Survey Report

All figures, unless otherwise stated, are from YouGov Plc. Total sample size was 1,078 adults. Fieldwork was undertaken between 21st – 23rd October 2009. The survey was carried out online. The figures have been weighted and are representative of all GB adults (aged 18+).

Great posts today as ever. Surely this is the best blog for politics in Wales today!

A brilliant service, Daran. By far the best coverage of the Labour leadership race. Thanks.

Actually I didn’t put up a link to the PowerPoint presentation on Syniadau, but to the full data on the YouGov site.

But I’ve just added it. Thanks.

It’s been a big day for Welsh politics, and I’ve certainly appreciated your coverage today. There’s been a lot to digest, and how we make sense of it is going to be just as important as the data itself.
